After graduating from Western Michigan University, Bob began a successful sales career with MAI Basic Four in Chicago, becoming a top performer and the firm’s #1 salesperson worldwide in 1979.

In 1982, he relocated to the San Francisco area and purchased an existing Qantel mini-computer dealership which he ran with a partner for 6 years. Bob held regional sales management positions with NCA/ASK, Computer Solutions and Vice President positions with Britton-Lee/ShareBase/Teradata in the late 80’s and early 90’s.

Bob was asked to join Wind River Systems in 1991 as VP Sales, Marketing and Services. Establishing a consistent track record of sales growth and profitably, Wind River had a successful IPO on April 15, 1993. The company has grown to over $300M in annual sales and is the leader in Device Software Optimization.

In February 2008, Bob founded his own firm to offer high-tech companies worldwide, the best and brightest candidates available in the market today. Bob will only represent candidates that he has hired or would hire after careful interviewing and personality profiling. Bob lives with his wife Pamela and Golden Retriever Jackie in the waterfront community of Discovery Bay, California. They enjoy boating, jet skiing, golfing, cooking and frequent trips to San Francisco to enjoy the best restaurants in the world.
